MEN ONLY CLASS (Not currently running since lockdown)

(please note this class is taught by a female instructor but is for male attendees and practice will be focused towards the male physique)

YOGA FOR HEALTHY AGEING
A gentle class designed for older adults working on strength, gentle core, balance and flexibility.
Students will need to be able to get up and down from the mat for this class - if this is not an option then a fabulous alternative would be classes with FiftyFiveFit who run exercise classes (some chair based) for older adults. Click here to see their website for more details
Same as our Beginners but more core, cardio and stamina work
YIN AND YANG
We build up the heat in the body with 25 minutes of flows (working on flexibility, strength, core and stamina) and then relax with 20 minutes of passive long hold poses using bolsters and cushions working on flexibility while calming the mind and body
GENTLE BEGINNERS CLASS
The same as our Beginners class but slower paced and gentler. We usually have some Bolster work at the end (See Stretch & Relax below)
'STRETCH AND RELAX'
A gentle all-round practice finishing with some 'Yin' (A very relaxing practice which uses bolsters to hold supported poses for longer periods of time. This greatly improves flexibility) poses to help us relax
All abilities are welcome to all classes
