MEN ONLY CLASS

​​(please note this class is taught by a female instructor but is for male attendees and practice will be focused towards the male physique) A practice suitable for any ability, flexibility, size, shape or age

BEGINNERS CLASS

A great all-round practice suitable for any ability, gender, flexibility, size, shape or age.  A great workout which improves flexibility, strength and stamina.


YIN YOGA CLASS

A very relaxing practice which uses bolsters to hold supported poses for longer periods of time.  This greatly improves flexibility


GENTLE BEGINNERS CLASS

A practice suitable for anyone with health or mobility issues or those who simply need a slower gentler practice


'STRETCH AND RELAX'

A gentle all-round practice finishing with some 'Yin' poses to help us relax


All abilities are welcome to all classes


All classes are held at our Yoga Studio on Lord Street in Southport
