(please note this class is taught by a female instructor but is for male attendees and practice will be focused towards the male physique)

A great all-round practice suitable for any ability, gender, flexibility, size, shape or age. A great workout which improves flexibility, strength and stamina.
ASHTANGA FOR ALL
A strong flowing class suitable for all levels - beginning with sun salutations to build up heat we move through the standing and balancing poses before coming to the floor for core work, twists, backbends and an inversion of your choice. Modifications are offered for all levels and the practice ends with a restoring relaxation
GENTLE BEGINNERS CLASS
A practice suitable for anyone with health or mobility issues or those who simply need a slower gentler practice
'STRETCH AND RELAX'
A gentle all-round practice finishing with some 'Yin' (A very relaxing practice which uses bolsters to hold supported poses for longer periods of time. This greatly improves flexibility) poses to help us relax
YOGA FOR RUNNERS
An amazing Yin style yoga class specifically for runners: to improve flexibility and posture, address muscle imbalance and ultimately prevent injury.
SEASONAL BEGINNERS YOGA
The practice is designed to align the changing energies of nature and the season, honouring the origins of both Traditional Chinese Medicine and yoga, which improves physical, mental and emotional strength and flexibilty.
CANDLELIT YIN YOGA
Yin yoga is a series of poses held for longer than other yoga practices, typically 3-5 minutes, using the breath and gravity to deepen the stretch. Blissful!
A feminine flow created to connect you to your own natural cycles and embody the innate womanly wisdom within, combined with breathwork, meditation and mudra
GENTLE YOGA AND MEDITATION
You will be introduced to practices to soothe and nourish, enhance core & joint support systems and build resilience to cope with life’s demands.
SATURDAY 11.15AM BEGINNERS
Our Beginners class where we work on strength, stamina, core and flexibility. A fabulous all-round workout suitable for all levels. In this class young people aged 11+ are welcome with an adult.
All abilities are welcome to all classes
All classes are held at our Yoga Studio on Lord Street in Southport

Mats are provided, if required, at no extra charge
Please wear comfortable clothing you can move easily in and brine a bottle of water
