All of our classes take place in our beautiful studio right in the centre of Southport. Its located at 261 Lord Street, Second floor above Barclays Bank.
Our lovely, little studio has 12 mats so you can receive the personal attention you need to develop and progress your practice.
We have changing rooms and our small shop area selling handmade, natural aromatherapy products and over 35 varieties of 'Yogi' herbal teas.
